At the heart of Blue Panda is the idea that we can all make a difference. Our aim is to support wildlife & conservation efforts around the world by supporting a number of different charities relating to our designs. We donate 15% of our profits to charity and we are so thankful to our amazing customers for making this possible!
Living by the sea we have always felt a strong connection to the ocean and many of our designs reflect this passion. You can see how we're influenced by the animals & the places we love, & where we feel most at home.
We're a little bit obsessed with sustainability - thinking about the entire product, where it comes from & what happens next. As individuals, all of us have an impact, & for us as a business we take this responsibility to heart. We source our products carefully, choosing organic & recycled materials whenever possible. For our printed designs we use eco-friendly inks.
Many of the animals we love are facing uncertain futures and we wanted to do something to help. As well as working directly with wildlife & conservation charities, we also donate via the Work For Good platform. This is a great way for small businesses to support lots of different charities.
All our designs are created, embroidered & printed in our studio & when you shop with us, we will produce your item especially for you. This reduces our energy usage & reduces waste as we only make items that our customers will wear & use. Your order will be delivered plastic-free, of course.

Our Organic Beanies contain 100% OCS certified organically grown cotton, certified by Control Union CU811033.
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) applies to any non-food product containing 95-100 percent organic material. It verifies the presence and amount of organic material in a final product and tracks the flow of the raw material from its source to the final product.
💚 Ethically Produced Products (Denim Caps & Recycled Backpacks)
Our denim cotton caps are currently made with conventional cotton, rather than organic, but we are looking to switch to organic denim as soon as this becomes available.
In the meantime, these caps are made by a manufacturer that is committed to upholding the highest ethical & environmental standards throughout their entire supply chain. This ethical policy protects & rewards every person involved in the manufacture & supply of these products & expressly forbids the use of forced labour, including child workers. Field-based staff carry out audits to ensure these high ethical standards are consistently met.
Our recycled backpacks are made from certified recycled polyester (Global Recycled Standard). These are sourced from a trusted UK supplier & are manufactured ethically in audited factories. Each bag is made from approx 6 post-consumer plastic bottles.

Our truckers caps are made from 60% polyester (not recycled yet) & 40% cotton - we are committed to finding a more sustainable option for this range.
